What information do I collect about you?

I collect your EMAIL information when you sign-up for our Newsletter. I also collect the information you fill in when you voluntarily complete registration for a workshop/course. I collect the information you provide me when you sign-up or when you join one of our classes. 

If you are a client, and in order to invoice you, I ask for your name/company name, post address.

Website usage information is collected using cookies.

How will I use the information about you?

I collect information about you to process your request to register for a class, manage your registration, and if you have agreed, to email you our Newsletter with information about my services.

I use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to my website.

I will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside The Fit Sisters.

Newsletter

I would like to send you information about products and services of ours and other companies which may be of interest to you (new fitness classes, support groups, fitness products). If you have consented to receive our Newsletter, you may opt out at anytime. You have a right at any time to unsubscribe from the Newsletter. There's an unsubscribe option for you to click if you no longer wish to receive it.

I use MailChimp (GDPR compliant provider) to send you the Newsletter, which means your email information is stored in their GDPR compliant database. 

How long do I keep your personal information?

Your email is stored in the MailChimp database list and will stay there unless you unsubscribe for the Newsletter. Your class registration information and/or payment information is kept for a period of 7 years only for administration, invoicing, and tax purposes. If you stop receiving my services your class registration and/or payment information is archived only for administration and tax purposes. 

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that I hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email me at sofia@newstardom.com. I want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask me to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.

Cookies

Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information. This information is used to track visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.
